This Asscoiations function is to preserve the rights of the Towing industry. It is our right to fair trade as tax payers and businesses owners under the constitution. Monopoly of goverment agencys has no place in the private industry.
CITY COUNCIL IS TRYING TO GIVE THE PARKING AUTHORITY THE RIGHT TO TAKE OVER AND CONTROL THE TOWING INDUSTRY IN PHILADELPHIA. IT IS UP TO ALL OF THE HARD WORKING LEGITIMATE TOW COMPANYS TO COME ON BOARD TO CONTACT THEIR COUNCIL MEMBERS AND THEIR STATE LEGISLATURES IN OPPOSITION TO THIS BILL.
