" Ammendments proposed by our association to the City for Rotation Program"

The Philadelphia Independnt Towers & Salvors Association have proposed the following amendments to Mayor Michael Nutter, Deputy Mayor Everett Gillison, and all of City Council members.  Along With these ammendments  is a legal letter from our attorney explaining our objection and the legal issues pertaining to Bill #100536.

Court Order stopping Parking Authoriy & City on memorandum

WEDNESDAY,,,,,June 15th  we went into court asking for an injunction to stop bill 100365 and to remove the power of the mayor  to initiate a memoradem of understanding between the City and the Parking Authority.  The City and the Attorneys agreed that their would be no memorandmem from the mayor, until they have approval from the state.  The Judge issued a court order which we will post in the next few days.  What we need to keep on fighting this cause is donations and new members.  If each member can get two more companys  to join it will help.  Without donations and members we will have problems....Thanks to all.........
